Terms and Conditions Mobile Appointments
Terms and Conditions Apply to all clients, Agencies and Venues I subcontract to.
1. Booking your mobile appointment

*All mobile appointments must be at least 1hour duration.
Upon making a booking, you will receive a consultation form to fill in and submit, and an email or text confirming all the important details.
In the event of a health contraindication for the treatment booked, I will contact you to offer or suggest an alternative suitable treatment.
In some cases a GP referral may have to be made prior to commencement of a treatment.
Due to the nature of my mobile visiting service. Please take into account that during my travel time, sometimes due to traffic conditions I may be delayed, I will contact you to let you know if this is the case.
I will arrive 20 mins before the appointment time to unpack my car and set up.
2. Cancellations – Late Arrivals – No Shows
Cancellation Policy: 48 hours. Please cancel as soon as possible if a foreseeable event is likely to prevent you from attending your appointment.
I require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment. Cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice, will result in forfeiture of your paid booking fee.
Large Venue bookings for half or full day I require a minimum of 1 weeks notice to cancel an appointment. Cancellation with less than 1 weeks notice, will result in forfeiture of your paid booking fee.
3. How to cancel an appointment.
To cancel your appointment, simply email me at: admin@lyngregory.uk or call or text at 07743736647 before 48 hours of your appointment.
Last minute cancellations (same-day) or failure to attend an appointment (“no-shows”) will result in the full amount payable becoming due, and the credit/debit card that you provided at the time of booking will be charged accordingly. An email detailing any applicable charges will be sent to you following debit of your credit/debit card.
4. Late Arrivals or No Show:
Due to the nature of my mobile visiting service. Please take into account my travel time and that I will arrive 20 mins before the appointment time to unpack my car and set up.
If you are not at your specified address for the booking on my arrival.
Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate late arrivals, failure to contact me or arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment time at your address will result in the cancellation (no-show) of the appointment, and the full amount due becoming payable as per my Cancellation Policy above.
If you know you are going to be delayed or late reaching your address, please contact me at your earliest convenience.
5. Reschedule your appointment
You can reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before your appointment is due (provided that rescheduling or cancellation is not prohibited by these terms and conditions). To reschedule your appointment:
6. Special Circumstances
In the unlikely event of your appointment needing to be rescheduled by myself due to sickness or other circumstances beyond my control, I will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient time. In these circumstances the booking fee paid will be transferred to the new appointment.
If you become unwell within 24hrs before your appointment, please contact me as soon as you can and I will reschedule your appointment to a future date.
Clients are asked not to attend for a treatment if they are unwell, suffering from a cold or virus, infection or general ill health.
Clients under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. This parent or guardian must give permission for the agreed treatment plan to be performed, and will be requested to co-sign the New Client Consultation Form. They will be invited to stay in the room for the duration of the appointment and expected to remain present throughout the treatment.
7. Confidentiality
All client information and clinical records will be safeguarded and will remain confidential. Unless required to do so by law, we will not otherwise share, sell or distribute any of the information you provide to us without your written consent.
Consultations and client treatment details will not be discussed with anyone other than the client unless the client is under the age of 18, or has a care worker or guardian.
