I slipped a disk just before Christmas and could barely walk, or even move. Lyn had me doing different exercises and stretches called somatics, and once i got off the couch the results were instant. I felt completely different, I could comfortably walk and even bend which i hadnt been able to do for weeks. I was able to go back to work, and get back to normal life again, like playing with my niece and nephew and my dog.
