Hi everyone, I’m Lyn Gregory a fully qualified Holistic Therapist – Reiki Master and Somatic Movement Practitioner IIHHT VTCT dip MGHT 25yrsExperience.

My passion is to help people improve their wellbeing, making positive changes through diet exercise and improving postural alignment.

I provide a holistic approach through a consultation, finding out where you need to make changes to improve your health and wellbeing.

Bespoke Treatment plans can be created just for you, these can include a combination of holistic therapies, somatic movement exercises, dietary changes and exercise. Other changes in yourself can be achieved through mindfulness and meditation and changing your routines and mindset.

Relaxation Massage

£45hr – £34 (45min) – £28 (30min)

Relaxation Massage is a wonderful way to relax unwind and destress, you can choose the time 1hr 45mins 30mins and area of body to suit your needs.

Full body, back massage, head neck shoulders, face scalp and neck, arms or legs, any combination can be arranged.

Hot Stones Massage

£45hr – £34 (45min) – £28 (30min)

Hot Stones Massage is a wonderful way to relax unwind and destress, you can choose the time 1hr 45mins 30mins and area of body to suit your needs.

Full body, back massage, head neck shoulders, face scalp and neck, arms or legs, any combination can be arranged.

Remedial Massage

£45hr

Remedial Massage uses bespoke techniques to suit you and your area of injury or discomfort.

Reflexology

£40hr

Reflexology helps to balance the body systems and aid recovery from a wide range of illness.

This is carried out on the feet using special pressure points associated with the meridians and a relaxing foot massage.

Indian Head Massage

£45 hr – £34 (45min) – £28 (30min)

Indian Head Massage is done seated in a special chair. Involves rhythmic massage to the head face neck shoulders and arms.

Scalp Face Neck Shoulder Massage

£45hr – £34 (45min) – £28 (30min)

Scalp Face neck and shoulder massage, is a relaxed treatment, carried out laying down.

Cranial Relaxation Therapy

Aromatherapy Massage

Medium to firm acupressure points are pressed to release any areas of tension or stress. These points also relate to the meridians.

Body Buff & Butter

Body buff and butter is a nice relaxed treatment to help exfoliate the skin and moisturise. Ideal for a pre-holiday treat.

Reiki Healing

Reiki healing is a gentle energy boost to help your body speed up the healing process, This is good for mental, emotional as well as physical imbalance. Hands are placed on or above different areas of the body,
